In recent years, quite a few desserts and baked goods have experienced a social media craze, whether it’s Cédric Grolet’s fruit cakes or the viral Crumbl Cookies. The latter never made it to Europe, but with Cookie Couture, we have a similar chain in Germany. It already has two locations in Munich and will soon open its third, this time right in the heart of downtown. We’ll be celebrating the opening with you.
Finally arrived in the city center
Cookie Couture has been around since 2022 and opened its first stores in Cologne. From there, the cookie shop expanded rapidly and now has sixteen locations throughout Germany, including two in Munich. Until now, however, you had to head west to Pasing or east to Riem if you wanted to get your hands on one of their cookies with toppings. The viral baked goods can already be found in the shopping centers there.
Starting this weekend, however, you can also enjoy Cookie Couture right in the heart of downtown. On Saturday, March 21, the third location will open at Sendlinger Straße 29-31 , bringing this sweet temptation to the center of Munich. This adds the shop to the list of new openings for 2026, which also includes Goldies, Bath & Body Works, and Sephora.
Cookie Couture’s grand opening offer
On Saturday starting at 1 p.m., the big day arrives, and you can visit Cookie Couture on Sendlinger Straße. To celebrate the opening, the first 100 guests will receive a free cookie and complimentary drinks. So if you want to try the cookies before spending any money, you’ll have the chance to do so at the end of the week. Plus, a DJ will be on site, spinning tunes live and keeping the party going.
Cookie Couture’s cookies stand out for their unique flavors and toppings. You won’t just get ordinary chocolate chip cookies here, but rather unusual creations featuring lemon, peanut butter, or rhubarb.
