Fans of live music can look forward to a number of small and large concerts in Munich’s halls and arenas in 2026. But if one or two acts in one day aren’t enough for you, then festivals are the event of choice. To enjoy these music events, you don’t have to pitch your tent somewhere in the middle of nowhere and live on cold canned ravioli for three days. Fortunately, our city has a wealth of open-air festivals that you can easily reach by public transport or bike. You’ll be treated to a colorful mix of genres, with something for everyone. Look forward to an open-air summer full of carefree fun and great beats.
