For those of you who really come alive to electronic music, there’s a very special treat coming up at the end of April: The Wonderful Days festival series is celebrating its premiere in Munich and letting you party like it’s the 1990s.
An authentic experience instead of a retro rave
The club event series “Wonderful Days – The Classic Rave Festival” has set out to revive the party culture of the 90s. They’re bringing the energy and ecstasy of the techno scene from back then, with its old-school sound, back to the dance floors of German clubs—without letting the festival degenerate into some kind of vintage event. Those of you who were already hitting the raves across the country back then will feel transported back to that era. And those who were too young or not even born yet will get a sense of how people partied before the turn of the millennium.
Wonderful Days is a traveling festival series that you can catch in various major German cities, including Cologne, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart. On April 30, it will finally make its Munich debut at Neuraum. This means it joins the ranks of Liebellen Lust and Reborn in the lineup of new festivals for 2026 in the city on the Isar.
Wonderful Days meets May Day
Wonderful Days takes place on April 30, making it the perfect way to dance into May with the spirit of the 1990s. The venue is Neuraum near Hackerbrücke, which offers plenty of space to dance across five floors . Look forward to national and international acts that will make the dance floor shake with trance, techno, and hardcore . Over 15 DJs will be spinning for you that night, including Charly Lownoise, DJ Quicksilver, Ziggy X, Taucher, and Chris Nitro.
The sound blends with the impressive lighting concepts and visual productions, all of which come together in a hypnotic symbiosis, transporting you to another world. Experience an unforgettable night and feel the spirit of the old techno scene with renewed energy. If you want to be there, you can choose between regular and VIP tickets. The latter not only grant you access to VIP areas and the VIP bar, but also a DJ meet & greet. On top of that, you’ll receive a Wonderful Days poster that will always remind you of this night.
