In Munich, in addition to numerous established festival formats, there are also new, cool events every year. This year, for example, you can look forward to Reborn and Heartbeatz, both of which will celebrate their premieres in early September. And Elysium is also coming to our city for the first time this year, inviting you to wrap up the 2026 festival season. Read on to find out what you can expect from this successful event series.
Indoors and Outdoors Through the Night
Elysium is an international festival series that has been around since 2023. The parties have taken place in several European cities in recent years and have always been completely sold out. In 2026, Elysium is coming to Munich for the first time, bringing this unique experience to the Bavarian capital. On Saturday, September 12, the big day will finally arrive, and you can lose yourself in the music across three dance floors. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. in the outdoor area, where you’ll celebrate late summer under the open sky. In addition to the dance floor, there will also be street food and chill-out areas—for a relaxed start to the evening.
Starting at 10 p.m., the party will move entirely indoors. On the main stage and in the Rittersaal , artists including Nusha, Gregor Tresher, Nell, and Ferdinand Feller will be getting the party started for you. Dance to house, techno, and indie dance into the early morning hours until the soles of your shoes glow. Let the beats carry you away, be captivated by the light show, and immerse yourself in the world of Elysium.
