This summer, the Olympic Park once again has a fireworks display of open-air events in store for you—both literally and figuratively. With Tollwood having just come to an end, you can head straight back to the Summer Festival at the Olympic Park. Here, three and a half weeks of fun and action await you, with a fair-like atmosphere and a variety of themed weekends. At the same time, the Theatron Musiksommer is taking place on the Seebühne, where you can enjoy free concerts in the evenings.
Fun for all ages

The Summer Festival will take place in the Olympic Park from Friday, July 31, through Sunday, August 23. The carnival operators on Budenstraße will open their rides and booths for you every day . From the Ferris wheel, you’ll have a great view of the park, while the carousels offer an adrenaline rush. The food stands will treat you to sweet and savory delicacies from around the world. At the game booths, you can try your luck and win some cool prizes.
Families with children can also look forward to discounts on Budenstraße every Tuesday. In addition , there’s a dedicated Kids’ Zone on the roof of the Small Olympic Hall, where craft stations, play equipment, and active games await you. On Family Days, there’s face painting and a puppet show as special treats. If you’re visiting without children, you can settle in at the Bar du Soleil on the lakeshore and let your gaze wander across the water while enjoying delicious drinks.

Other highlights include Youth Day on August 12, featuring evening fireworks, and, of course, the Theatron Music Summer.
