If you want to reach lofty heights, you don’t necessarily have to take a trip to the mountains. Even in Munich, you have the chance to venture high up and experience real action. Sayaq Adventure is bringing a new attraction for those with a head for heights to the Olympic Park: The newly opened Adventure Tower offers climbing enthusiasts the chance to balance at heights of up to 25 meters above Munich. The structure promises plenty of fun but also requires concentration. In return, it rewards you at the end with a sweeping view over the tent roof of the Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Hill.
Three difficulty levels on each level

Since the Olympic Stadium is currently undergoing renovations, you unfortunately can’t climb around on its roof right now. If you ’re still craving a bit of outdoor climbing in the Olympic Park , then the Sayaq Adventure Tower is just right for you. The facility is designed to accommodate climbers of all skill levels . In total, there are three different courses spread across three levels.
Similar to a ski slope, the routes are divided into blue, red, and black difficulty levels. This way, both beginners and experienced climbers can find the right level for them. The obstacles range from narrow wooden planks and nets to freely suspended soccer balls and airplane-themed elements. Before starting, all participants receive a briefing from the on-site staff to familiarize themselves with the climbing equipment and safety procedures.
The grand finale at the Adventure Tower
The highlight awaits you at the end of the tour: Anyone who has conquered the Sayaq Adventure Tower can rappel down from the top while secured by a rope. For 29 euros, you can use the facility for up to two hours. During this time, you can try out the various stations, linger at the built-in tables high above the ground, or simply enjoy the view of the grounds. If you’re looking for a cool activity for your birthday or your next date, check out the Adventure Tower.
The new action spot adds an aerial adventure to the existing recreational offerings around the stadium. And if you don’t dare to go up, Sayaq also has a water-based alternative up its sleeve. With SUP yoga, you’ll train your sense of balance while calming your mind at the same time.
