These are glorious times for fans of pop music and its groups. With BTS, the world’s currently most successful boy band is gracing us with a performance at the Allianz Arena, and the Backstreet Boys are coming to Düsseldorf this year for a residency. Now , with the Pussycat Dolls, a girl group is finally making its appearance. The group led by Nicole Scherzinger is coming to Munich for a concert, joining the ranks of the major concerts for the 2026 music year.
On a major comeback tour
After frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger left the Pussycat Dolls in 2010, the band broke up, despite efforts to find a replacement. Then a reunion was planned, but it fell through due to the pandemic. Now the girl group is making its next attempt and is embarking on a major comeback tour to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album, PCD. The tour will be called “PCD Forever,” and they will play over 50 shows in North America and Europe , including two dates in Germany. In addition to Munich, Düsseldorf is also among the lucky cities that will welcome the band.
They have their new single “Club Song” in their luggage, but old hits like “Don’t Cha” and “Buttons” will certainly not be missing from the set list. What is missing, however, are some of the old members. They now only perform as a trio with Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts in the current line-up.
