For the first time in 6 years, Ed Sheeran is going on tour again. Among the known tour dates is a stop in Germany. On December 3, 2025, the British musician will come to Munich and play in the Olympiahalle. The concert will be the only one in Germany, so tickets are in high demand. The new album “Play”
This week Friday, September 12, the new Ed Sheeran album entitled “Play” will be released. 13 new songs await you on the regular album version, the deluxe edition even comes with 15 tracks. You can pre-order the album now. Pre-sale access to tour tickets is available for all pre-orderers.
You can already listen to the first songs, “A Little More”, “Sapphire”, “Old Phone” and “Azizam”, to get a taste of what‘s to come. A video has also been released for each single. The Musk video for “A Little More” also features Harry Potter star Rupert Grint.
Tickets for the Ed Sheeran tour
Anyone who has pre-ordered the album will receive a pre-sale code. You can use this to purchase tickets for the tour on Tuesday, September 9 from 11 a.m. before they go on sale officially. Tickets will then go on sale for everyone on Thursday, September 11 from 11 am.
Tickets will cost between €100.35 and €144.35, including all fees. There is a limit of four tickets per buyer. If you are traveling in a larger group, you will have to split up. The tickets will be personalized to the buyer so that no resale on the black market is possible. If you can’t make it to the concert, you can sell your tickets via the official fan sale.
The venue & directions

The concert will take place in the Olympiahalle. The show starts at 8 pm. The Olympic Hall can hold up to 15,200 people and there will be standing and seating areas. The hall is barrier-free. Only card payment will be accepted both at the checkroom and at the drinks stands.
If you arrive by car, you can park on one of the parking decks for a fee. Alternatively, you can take the U3 underground line to the Olympiazentrum stop. Bus lines 144 and 173 even stop directly in the park. Take streetcars 20 and 21 to Olympiapark West.
