Here are a few of the most beautiful parks in Munich, ideal for hanging out in the Bavarian metropolis.
English Garden
The English Garden is so large that you almost have to worry about getting lost in it. But don’t worry, we still found out. You can then treat yourself to a tasty pretzel in one of the beer gardens and watch the hustle and bustle. Cheers!
Olympic Park
The Olympic Park is such a versatile place. You can go for a walk, cycle or go boating on the lake. There are also cool concerts here and a Open-air cinema – Let’s go!
Nymphenburg Park
Nymphenburg Park is a palace garden in XXL. Here you can stroll along the paths and marvel at the impressive water fountains. There are also idyllic lakes and you can make yourself comfortable with great views. But be careful that the swan gang doesn’t push you into the deep end!
Westpark
The Westpark is quite beautiful. Here you’ll find everything your green heart desires: wide meadows to hang out on, magnificent flowerbeds to admire and even a Japanese garden. And if you get thirsty, no problem! There is a beer garden where you can make new friends over a cool drink.
Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden in Munich is like a green treasure chest. Here you will find plants from all over the world. There are exotic greenhouses where it’s as warm as on vacation, fragrant rose beds that will enchant you, and chic water channels where you’ll feel like a captain.
