Practice lucid dreaming in the “Dream Rooms” in Munich
1. Lucid Dreaming Lesson: Conscious Perception

To start, it’s important to remind yourself before going to sleep or entering the space that you have a mission: You want to control your dreams! So when you’re standing in the colorful entrance area and settling into the lovingly designed environment of the “Dream Rooms, ” remind yourself: “I’m about to dream.”
Use this moment as an anchor. Every time you take a crazy photo with your friends or family, you can remind yourself: “I’m in the middle of a dream!” The goal: to pre-program your brain for the adventure. As soon as you see a giant DNA room ( say whaat?) with your own eyes while fully conscious on your journey through the unconscious, you probably won’t overlook the flying elephants in a real dream either.
2. Lucid Dreaming Lesson: The Transition into the Depths

Of course, before you can wake up, you have to fall asleep. This ingeniously designed tunnel, which leads you into the subconscious, helps you do just that! Interactive strands of light change color, and with your eyes wide open in wonder, you’ll be carried away on a journey by an ethereal soundscape.
This long corridor symbolizes the state between waking and sleeping (also known as hypnagogia). Here, the boundaries blur. Use the dancing, hypnotic light to let yourself go. Look at your hands: Do they still look normal?
3. Lucid Dreaming Lesson: First, let’s hit the dance floor

“Holy sh*t, I’m dreaming!” The entire room in front of you is a ball pit that glows in time with the music. Mirrored walls, a disco ball, and your best friends all around you!
This is the moment when you wake up in your dream and realize: “I’m dreaming!” Remember this feeling well. Not only is it important for training lucid dreaming, but it’s even more important because now you can let go and just have fun. Dance to the wild party music and have an awesome time with your friends and family!
Final dream lesson: Be open to surprises!

Just like in a real dream, this is only the beginning! The disco room is just one of many spectacular rooms! What comes next? All we can reveal so far is: a bubble-filled, gravity-defying, neon underwater rubber duck-bathing, bouncy castle-floating, DNA-macroscopic , dream adventure with a massive surprise at the end! Got that?
And that’s not all. You’ll feel this lucid dream with your whole body: everything is designed to be touched, heard, and interacted with! Ready for the ultimate sensory experience?
