Munich is set to host what is likely the most nerve-wracking exhibition in the entire city

Inside the Alte Paketposthalle, an intense journey into the dark abysses of the human psyche awaits you. The exhibition walks a fine line between historical and psychological analysis and a captivating experience.
20 notorious cases are on display. Among them are internationally feared names such as Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, H.H. Holmes, Albert Fish, and Ed Gein. Local cases are also highlighted, including the serial killer of women, Fritz Honka, and the “prison poet” Jack Unterweger.
You’ll move through various stations featuring realistic reconstructions of crime scenes: Suddenly, you’ll find yourself standing in front of Ted Bundy’s infamous VW Beetle or peering into Jeffrey Dahmer’s kitchen!
In the investigation office, true-crime fans can become investigators

A special highlight is the criminal investigation office. The focus is on the psychology of the perpetrators, their motivational patterns, and the groundbreaking investigative methods that brought them to justice.
You’ll learn how criminal profiles are created (profiling) and what role modern forensic science plays in solving unsolved cold cases. Victimology reports, pieces of evidence, and the evolution of forensic science are brought to life.
Throughout the tour, a free audio guide provides in-depth background information. If you want to amp up the thrills even further, you can brave a gory virtual reality experience.
