At first, it was just rumors, then came the confirmation: Oasis is coming to Munich on their 2027 reunion tour. Two concerts were originally scheduled for early July at the Allianz Arena in Fröttmaning. Now fans have not just two, but three reasons to celebrate. Due to extremely high demand, the band announced that they will be playing an additional concert in Munich. Here are the details.
Additional show on the reunion tour
With “Wonderwall,” they scored a global hit that remains a must-have at any ’90s party to this day. But Oasis is more than just a one-hit wonder; over the course of their career , they’ve gathered a loyal fan base around them. This made the sadness all the greater when they announced the band’s breakup in 2009. To mark the 30th anniversary of the album “Definitely Maybe,” the band reunited and embarked on a tour.
And this tour shows no signs of ending. Just last week, Oasis announced the new dates for 2027, including the two shows in Munich. After demand was “phenomenal,” according to the band, they decided to play additional shows in select cities. In addition to Knebsworth in England and Rome in Italy, the Bavarian capital can also look forward to another date. The additional concert in Munich will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2027.
Tickets for the additional concert in Munich
To get tickets for the Oasis shows in Munich, fans had to register on the band’s website by September 17 to qualify for a possible ticket purchase. Through a random drawing, some people received a code and a time slot granting them access to the presale. For those who didn’t register in the first round and are now hoping for another chance, we’re sorry to disappoint you. There will be no further opportunity to register.
However, fans who registered but didn’t receive a code should pay attention. Some of you will still be sent a code for the additional concert in Munich. Receiving the code doesn’t guarantee a ticket, though. It simply gives you access to the presale during an individual time slot this weekend. This will be either Friday, September 25, Saturday, September 26, or Sunday, September 27. We wish you the best of luck in snagging tickets!
